OxyChem's Supply Chain Performance Management improves supply chain efficiency by continually monitoring performance. Together with our customers, OxyChem professional customer service representatives review specific data and metrics to identify beneficial supply chain opportunities.

The cornerstone of OxyChem's Supply Chain Performance Management is our "Customer Scorecard." It is a customer-tailored report on supply chain efficiency between the customer and OxyChem. Supply chain efficiency is analyzed using the following data:

  • Logistics – Shipment history, rail trip and transit time analysis, rail inventory and demurrage analysis, illogical (non-optimum) shipments analysis and returns shipments.
  • Orders – On-time shipments, percent of orders automated, percent of sales using Vendor Managed Inventory.
  • Billing – Percent of Automated Invoices, number of debit/credit memos, percent of billing adjustment, on-time payment performance.
