Please note recent regulatory changes:
In 2008, U.S. Congress amended the Commodities Exchange Act to further regulate over-the-counter markets. While we do not believe that OxyDirect is subject to the Commodities Futures Trading Commission’s (CFTC) jurisdiction under these amendments, we elected to make OxyDirect offline until the CFTC provides further guidance to the industry. OEMI will continue to monitor the changing regulatory environment and its impact on reinstating OxyDirect.
